Screen resolution
(to determine the screen resolution, please right-click anywhere on your desktop. A window will open. Go to the very bottom to "properties". A window will open with a few tabs on top. The last tab should be called "settings". There, you can see the "screen area". These are the settings we need.) these instructions are for windows only. If anyone would supply us with instructions for Macs, we would appreciate it.

One thing that would help us immensely would be a so-called "screen-shot". We know it is a lot to ask so we will just mention the possibility of sending us one, and not request one. To make a screen-shot, you need your browser window to be open with the problem of the site visible. You also need a graphic program. One Program that is included in every PC that you buy is for example Microsoft Paintbrush.

1. Open the web site with the page that constitutes a problem.

2. Press ALT + PrintScreen at the same time.

3. Go into your graphic program and press CTRL + V to paste it in there.

That's basically it. Now it would be good to make the image a bit smaller and save it as a JPG document. This document you can attacht to an email that you would send to the webmaster.
